Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketer who lives and breathes performance metrics. This role will own performance marketing and lifecycle marketing across WhatsApp & Email, with a sharp focus on revenue growth, retention, and ROAS. You’ll work closely with founders, creative, and operations to scale acquisition while improving repeat purchases.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Meta):

• Plan, launch, and scale Meta ads
• Own campaign structure, audience targeting, creatives testing, and budget allocation
• Continuously optimize for CAC, ROAS, CTR, CVR
• Analyze performance and share weekly insights & learnings
• Coordinate with design/content for ad creatives

Lifecycle Marketing (Retention):

• Execute WhatsApp & Email campaigns across customer journeys
• Set up and optimize user flows
• Segment users based on behavior and purchase history
• Improve repeat rate, AOV, and LTV

Analytics & Growth:

• Track funnel metrics and identify drop-offs
• Run A/B tests on ads, copies, creatives, and flows
• Maintain dashboards and performance reports

Must-Have Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (non-negotiable)
• Proven experience running Meta ads with measurable results
• Experience with WhatsApp & Email marketing tools
• Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels & customer journeys
• Data-driven mindset with comfort around numbers

Good to have (Bonus)

• Experience in D2C / Apparel / Kidswear
• Basic understanding of Shopify analytics
• Creative thinking for hooks, angles, and messaging
• Startup mindset — ownership over “just execution”
