Orbit Mortgage Services prides itself on delivering reliable and accurate solutions to meet industry needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Searcher, based in HSR Bangalore, KA, with some flexibility . The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting detailed title searches, verifying ownership records, performing deed and lien research, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation. The role requires analyzing chain of title and assisting with escrow coordination to support real estate transactions.QualificationsProficiency in Title Searches, Chain of Title review, and Deed analysisKnowledge and expertise in identifying and researching Liens and Escrow processesStrong analytical and organizational skillsAttention to detail and accuracy in document reviewFamiliarity with real estate practices and municipal regulations is a plusBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred<ul><li>Should have experience in Netro Online.</li><li>Knowledge of subscription sites and paid applications.</li><li>Knowledge of retrieving and validating taxes.</li><li>Should have a good understanding of PI, GI, and Grantor/Grantee.</li><li>Experience in identifying various postings in the index and PI/GI.
