Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Title Searcher, based in HSR Bangalore, KA, with some flexibility . The Title Searcher will be responsible for conducting detailed title searches, verifying ownership records, performing deed and lien research, and ensuring the accuracy of documentation. The role requires analyzing chain of title and assisting with escrow coordination to support real estate transactions.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Title Searches, Chain of Title review, and Deed analysis

Knowledge and expertise in identifying and researching Liens and Escrow processes

Strong analytical and organizational skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in document review

Familiarity with real estate practices and municipal regulations is a plus

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fields is preferred

• Should have experience in Netro Online.
• Knowledge of subscription sites and paid applications.
• Knowledge of retrieving and validating taxes.
• Should have a good understanding of PI, GI, and Grantor/Grantee.
• Experience in identifying various postings in the index and PI/GI. Able to match the Title Chain, identify FVD and vesting information.
• Should have good knowledge to check encumbrance documents and foreclosure procedures.
• Having an idea on validating Judgements, Bankruptcies, Probate, Divorce cases, etc.
• Should be well versed with title documents, search packages & terminologies.
