Senior Accountant &ndash; Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and cash flow.</li><li>Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Handle GST returns, GST reconciliation, and ensure timely filing as per statutory requirements.</li><li>Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for the company/clients.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory laws, and internal policies.</li><li>Perform balance sheet scrutiny, bank reconciliation, vendor/customer reconciliation.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits; prepare required documentation.</li><li>Manage TDS deduction, returns filing, and ensure compliance with income tax regulations.</li><li>Monitor aging of receivables/payables and assist management in financial planning.</li><li>Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP / Tally Prime.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Support management with financial data, MIS reports, and decision-making insights.</li></ul>Skills Required<ul><li>Strong knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.</li><li>Proficiency in GST filing, GST reconciliation, and GST compliance.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ITR preparation &amp; filing, TDS, and statutory compliances.</li><li>Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate MIS reports.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with auditors and departments.</li><li>Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas).</li><li>Time management and ability to meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

<ul><li>Manage day-to-day HR operations in the manufacturing unit</li><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant &amp; staff positions</li><li>Maintain employee records and attendance management</li><li>Payroll coordination and salary processing</li><li>Handling statutory compliance related to:</li><li>ESIC (Employees&rsquo; State Insurance Corporation)</li><li>PF (Provident Fund)</li><li>Filing and maintaining statutory registers and returns</li><li>Liaison with government authorities for compliance matters</li><li>Grievance handling and employee engagement activities</li><li>Support audits and inspections (Labour Department, ESIC, PF, etc.)</li><li>Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies in factory</li></ul>*Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
