HR Executive

• Manage day-to-day HR operations in the manufacturing unit
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for plant & staff positions
• Maintain employee records and attendance management
• Payroll coordination and salary processing
• Handling statutory compliance related to:
• ESIC (Employees’ State Insurance Corporation)
• PF (Provident Fund)
• Filing and maintaining statutory registers and returns
• Liaison with government authorities for compliance matters
• Grievance handling and employee engagement activities
• Support audits and inspections (Labour Department, ESIC, PF, etc.)
• Maintain discipline and adherence to company policies in factory
