Job Summary: ORCOM US is seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist / Corporate Administrator to join our team. This hybrid role combines front-office responsibilities with corporate administration tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and accurate management of corporate filings and records.Key Responsibilities:Reception / Front Office Duties:<ul><li>Welcome and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner</li><li>Answer and route incoming calls appropriately</li><li>Sort, distribute, and scan incoming mail</li><li>Manage building access and visitor authorization</li><li>Deposit checks at the bank as needed</li><li>Handle outgoing mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, etc.)</li><li>Archive and organize mail and office documents</li><li>Manage office supply inventory and coordinate orders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations</li></ul>Corporate Administration Duties (Training provided):<ul><li>Prepare and file organizational documents, including Articles of Incorporation, Amendments, Dissolutions, and stock/membership certificates for businesses across various U.S. states</li><li>Create and manage business tax accounts and process business tax payments (annual reports, biennial statements, statements of information)</li><li>Coordinate with registered agents and approve filing payments, particularly for Delaware filings</li><li>Assist with IRS paperwork and correspondence, including requesting EINs and updating business information</li><li>File, retrieve, and maintain corporate records, legal documents, and reports</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior experience in office administration, corporate services, or related field preferred</li><li>Minimum 3-year experience as an administrative assistant.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</li><li>Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Professional and courteous demeanor</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Health Insurance</li><li>401 K</li><li>PTO</li><li>Flexibility</li><li>Supportive and collaborative work environment</li></ul>How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your relevant experience.Job Type: Part-timePay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Profit sharing</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Administrative: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
