Job Title: Operations Executive &ndash; Mines &amp; Field CoordinationLocation: Mendla, YavatmalReporting To: Operations Manager / OwnerEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day site activities, maintain production and dispatch data, and support both administrative and on-ground operations at our mining site. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Excel and computer operations, capable of handling field coordination, and comfortable managing a small team of operators and drivers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Data &amp; Record Management</li><li>Maintain daily production, dispatch, diesel, and material movement records in Excel.</li><li>Prepare trip summaries, stock reports, and operational dashboards.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.</li><li>Team Supervision</li><li>Lead and coordinate a team of operators, drivers, and helpers.</li><li>Monitor daily tasks, work progress, and ensure proper shift allocation.</li><li>Handle attendance and performance tracking.</li><li>Procurement &amp; Logistics</li><li>Identify and purchase materials or spare parts required for tippers, loaders, or machinery.</li><li>Coordinate with local suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain expense records.</li><li>Oversee timely refueling and maintenance support.</li><li>Customer &amp; Business Support</li><li>In free hours, help attract new clients through phone calls, networking, and follow-ups.</li><li>Maintain good relationships with existing buyers and contractors.</li><li>Assist management in coordinating with transporters and customers.</li><li>Site &amp; Operational Coordination</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the mine site.</li><li>Report issues, downtime, and requirements to management promptly.</li><li>Maintain discipline and safety among team members.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Education: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Management / Technical field)</li><li>Experience: 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or mining/construction environment.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reports)</li><li>Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and file management</li><li>Other Skills:</li><li>Strong leadership and coordination skills</li><li>Good communication in Hindi/Marathi and basic English</li><li>Ability to multitask and work independently</li><li>Field-smart and capable of handling local purchases confidently</li></ul>Preferred Qualities<ul><li>Reliable and punctual</li><li>Energetic and proactive in solving on-site issues</li><li>Team-oriented yet self-driven</li><li>Comfortable managing both desk and field work</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Salary: As per experience and capability</li><li>Additional perks: Travel allowance for market visits, mobile reimbursement, and performance incentives</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;13,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
