Job Title: Operations Executive – Mines & Field Coordination

About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day site activities, maintain production and dispatch data, and support both administrative and on-ground operations at our mining site.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in Excel and computer operations, capable of handling field coordination, and comfortable managing a small team of operators and drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Data & Record Management
- Maintain daily production, dispatch, diesel, and material movement records in Excel.
- Prepare trip summaries, stock reports, and operational dashboards.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
- Team Supervision
- Lead and coordinate a team of operators, drivers, and helpers.
- Monitor daily tasks, work progress, and ensure proper shift allocation.
- Handle attendance and performance tracking.
- Procurement & Logistics
- Identify and purchase materials or spare parts required for tippers, loaders, or machinery.
- Coordinate with local suppliers, negotiate prices, and maintain expense records.
- Oversee timely refueling and maintenance support.
- Customer & Business Support
- In free hours, help attract new clients through phone calls, networking, and follow-ups.
- Maintain good relationships with existing buyers and contractors.
- Assist management in coordinating with transporters and customers.
- Site & Operational Coordination
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the mine site.
- Report issues, downtime, and requirements to management promptly.
- Maintain discipline and safety among team members.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Preferred: Commerce / Management / Technical field)
- Experience: 1-3 years in operations, logistics, or mining/construction environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, formulas, basic reports)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp communication, and file management
- Other Skills:
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Good communication in Hindi/Marathi and basic English
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Field-smart and capable of handling local purchases confidently
