Role Overview
As a Case Manager (Legal), you will play a critical role in managing and administering disputes on our platform. This role combines legal knowledge with operational precision, requiring interaction with multiple stakeholders including disputing parties, legal professionals, and empaneled neutrals (mediators/arbitrators). You will ensure efficient case handling, drive process improvements, and contribute to advancing digital justice through innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer disputes on the Presolv360 ODR platform in compliance with legal and procedural standards.
- Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties and neutrals during the resolution process.
- Support end-to-end case management—coordinating communications, timelines, and documentation.
- Oversee the neutral empanelment process, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Respond to judicial requisitions and manage legal correspondence effectively.
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives within the case management framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot operational or technical challenges.
- Conduct research and stay updated with emerging ADR/ODR practices, court rulings, and legal reforms.
- Assist in developing training resources and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Champion innovation in legal operations and support the digital transformation of dispute resolution.
Skills & Qualifications
- LLB or LLM from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in the ADR, ODR, or legal operations domain.
- Strong drafting skills and exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tech-savvy with a willingness to adopt new tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Demonstrated passion for innovation, people-centric work, and continuous learning.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,186.69 - ₹600,000.00 per month
