Clinic Manager

Skin World Clinic is looking for a floor manager at their koregaon park clinic who will be actively involved in efficient flow of patients and managing and monitoring clinic work on a daily basis with reporting to the director.

1. Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising administrative and clinical staff. 2. Patient Relations: Ensuring a positive patient experience, handling complaints, and maintaining patient confidentiality. 3. Operations Oversight: Managing appointment scheduling, inventory of medical supplies, and equipment maintenance. 4. Compliance: Ensuring the clinic complies with healthcare regulations, OSHA standards, and HIPAA requirements. 5. Financial Management: Budgeting, overseeing billing and insurance processes, and managing accounts receivable/payable. 6. Collaboration with Dermatologists: Supporting doctors with workflow coordination, medical records, and clinic procedures. 7. Marketing and Outreach: Promoting the clinic’s services, managing social media, and building referral networks. 8. Technology Oversight: Managing EHR systems, software updates, and IT troubleshooting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
