lifecycle, from talent acquisition and HR operations to employee engagement and
development. They partner closely with both tech and non-tech business teams to design
and implement strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring a thriving,
high-performance organizational culture.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Navi. This role
is at the heart of our people function, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of HR
processes, providing first-line support for employee queries, managing HR systems, and
driving process excellence. You will also own employee benefits administration, reporting, and
dashboards, while collaborating closely with HR partners and stakeholders to enhance the
employee experience.
What We Expect From You

Manage and own the BGV process, ensure smooth execution, conduct periodic audits, and maintain compliance.

Oversee the management and maintenance of the HRMS, ensuring data accuracy, seamless functioning, and optimization.

Conduct regular HR Ops audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.

Evaluate existing HR processes, identify opportunities for automation/streamlining,and implement best practices.

Administer employee benefits programs at Navi, liaising with vendors, ensuring smooth operations, and resolving employee queries.

Build and maintain HR dashboards and generate regular reports to provide insights to stakeholders and leadership.

Coordinate extensively with employees, managers, corporate teams, and vendors to ensure efficient process delivery.

Work closely with HR partners to strengthen employee experience initiatives.

Provide recommendations backed by HR data and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
Must Haves
-
1 to 2 years of HR experience and Master’s degree/PGDM in HR.

Experience in working on HRMS system (Darwinbox preferred)

Excellent verbal, written communication and people skills

Self directed, the ability to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision is paramount but similarly important is knowing when to ask for help;

Ability to learn and adapt systems quickly.

Flexible, adaptable and excellent problem solving and decision making abilities, with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Sheets is a must.
