<li>Preparing minutes for board meeting, annual general meeting, extra-ordinary general meeting.</li>
<li>Preparation of notices, agenda&rsquo;s, and various resolutions as required by companies.</li>
<li>Annual filing of public companies.</li>
<li>Preparation &amp; maintenance of statutory records of companies.</li>
<li>Preparation of documents and ROC filing regarding appointment of MD &amp; whole-time Director</li>
<li>Preparation of documents and ROC filing regarding appointment, resignation, regularisation of directors.</li>
<li>Preparation of search and status reports</li>
<li>Preparation of SOP for company</li>
<li>Preparation of due diligence report of public company as per RBI rules</li>
<li>Registration of entities, undertaking CSR activities in form CSR1.</li>
<li>Assist the finance team in book closing, audit and tax compliance related work.</li>
<li>Conducting search/viewing public documents of the records of companies available on the MCA</li>
<li>Preparation of documents for share transfer, split of shares, transmission of shares etc.</li>
<li>Maintenance of statutory registers and records as required under Companies Act</li>
<li>Drafting of agenda papers, resolution minutes and preparing action taken points of board and committees.</li>
<li>Preparation of annual reports including board report with necessary annexures.</li>
<li>All statutory compliances.</li>
</ul>
Credentials:
<ul>
<li>Qualified Company Secretary with 2+ years experience in similar capacity in a public limited company.</li>
<li>Good drafting and presentation skills</li>
<li>Age: Between 25 to 35 years</li>
<li>Female candidate preferred.</li>
</ul>
