This is a part-time role to start (~10&ndash;15 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a larger schedule as patient volume expands.At OMH, we believe when clinicians are trusted, supported, and empowered, they deliver their best work&mdash;for patients and for the communities they serve. This role offers the autonomy to practice independently while being supported by a team committed to helping you grow, develop, and build something meaningful over time.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Conduct psychiatric evaluations (60 min) and follow-up medication management visits (20&ndash;30 min) via telehealth</li><li>Develop and manage individualized treatment plans</li><li>Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications in accordance with state guidelines</li><li>Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care in a virtual setting</li><li>Complete documentation in a timely and efficient manner (same-day or within 24 hours expected)</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$55&ndash;$60 per patient visit</li><li>Opportunity for increased compensation as patient volume grows</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Washington</li><li>DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)</li><li>Ability to practice independently and manage a patient panel with clinical confidence</li><li>Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms</li><li>Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach to care</li><li>Ability to complete documentation efficiently (same day or within 24 hours)</li><li>Reliable communication and professionalism when collaborating with the team</li><li>Open to growth, mentorship, and developing within a scaling practice</li></ul>Preferred (Not Required)<ul><li>New graduate PMHNPs are welcome to apply</li><li>Prior experience in outpatient psychiatry or telehealth is a plus</li><li>Interest in building a long-term role within a growing practice</li></ul>Position Type<ul><li>1099 Independent Contractor</li></ul>Part-time to start, with opportunity for expansionJob Types: Part-time, Local contractPay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 12 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
