Job Summary

Organ Mental Health (OMH) is a growing telehealth psychiatric practice focused on delivering accessible, efficient, and genuinely impactful mental health care.

We are seeking a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our team on a 1099 basis. This is a part-time role to start (~10–15 hours/week) with the opportunity to grow into a larger schedule as patient volume expands.

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations (60 min) and follow-up medication management visits (20–30 min) via telehealth
• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
• Prescribe and monitor psychotropic medications in accordance with state guidelines
• Deliver patient-centered, high-quality care in a virtual setting
• Complete documentation in a timely and efficient manner (same-day or within 24 hours expected)

Compensation

• $55–$60 per patient visit
• Opportunity for increased compensation as patient volume grows

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in the state of Washington
• DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Ability to practice independently and manage a patient panel with clinical confidence
• Comfortable providing care via telehealth platforms
• Strong clinical judgment with a patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to complete documentation efficiently (same day or within 24 hours)
• Reliable communication and professionalism when collaborating with the team
• Open to growth, mentorship, and developing within a scaling practice

Preferred (Not Required)

• New graduate PMHNPs are welcome to apply
• Prior experience in outpatient psychiatry or telehealth is a plus
• Interest in building a long-term role within a growing practice
