You will have the opportunity to support every team, from coordinating photoshoot materials to managing employee travel, making you an essential part of our success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Office Management: Maintain a professional and organized office environment. Manage inventory and orders for office supplies, groceries, and stationery. Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Clerical &amp; Communication Support: Prepare correspondence, manage emails, and handle official documents. Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and incoming queries. Organize schedules, meetings, and appointments.</li><li>Purchase Coordination: Oversee the purchase of office supplies and creative materials for marketing campaigns and photoshoots. Liaise with vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.</li><li>Travel &amp; Logistics: Book employee business travel, including flights, hotels, and transportation. Coordinate deliveries and maintain shipment records.</li><li>Employee Support: Assist with onboarding new hires and addressing daily administrative needs. Help plan and organize company events and meetings.</li><li>Data Management: Maintain accurate physical and digital filing systems. Update records for employees, vendors, and clients.
