Organic Textiles is seeking an individual for an energetic Amazon/other online sales and support service representative which includes administrative duties, online order processing, FBA/inventory management, and social media promotions that would help grow our established brand further and work 40 hours/week. Excellent opportunity for growth.Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Work in a team environment to support and service our online business</li><li>Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.</li><li>Oversee email marketing campaigns, including design, content creation, and performance analysis.</li><li>Analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.</li><li>Amazon FBA/Inventory management experience very helpful.</li><li>Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.</li><li>Process orders, ideate, plan, and assist with advertising/marketing campaigns.</li></ul>Skills Required:<ul><li>Proven experience in e-commerce platform management or a related field.</li><li>Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging content that drives conversions.</li><li>Experience with email marketing platforms and strategies for effective customer outreach.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills to assess data trends and make informed decisions.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
