We are looking for a young, dynamic candidate B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 5-7 years of experience with a strong background in maintaining hydraulic presses, paint shop systems, overhead conveyors, pneumatic systems, Robots and utility equipment such as pumps, blowers, impellers, compressors, and forklifts. The ideal candidate must be proficient in SAP PM module and capable of independently planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment uptime and plant reliability.</div><div>
 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</div><div>
Equipment Maintenance &amp; Troubleshooting:</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of:</li><li>Hydraulic presses, paint booths (liquid &amp; powder), and curing ovens.</li><li>Overhead/floor conveyors, including motor gearboxes and drives.</li><li>Pneumatic systems &ndash; FRLs, actuators, valves, and compressors.</li><li>Utility systems &ndash; centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, blowers, impellers, forklifts</li><li>Conduct mechanical overhauling of pumps and blowers including bearing replacement, alignment, seal checks, and impeller balancing.</li><li>Troubleshoot breakdowns and carry out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
