About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts &amp; Admin Executive to join our foodstuff trading company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, administrative operations, and customer coordination while ensuring smooth business flow.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, billing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.</li><li>Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly/annual closing.</li><li>Coordinate with customers for orders, payments, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.</li><li>Handle office administration including documentation, filing, and coordination with suppliers.</li><li>Assist with logistics and inventory updates related to spice and foodstuff products.</li><li>Prepare reports, statements, and trackers as required by management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.</li><li>Support day-to-day office and operational requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably in foodstuff or trading companies).</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software</li><li>Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.</li><li>Strong administrative and organizational abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.</li><li>Knowledge of foodstuff/spices industry is an advantage.</li></ul>.Job Type: Full-time
