About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our foodstuff trading company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, administrative operations, and customer coordination while ensuring smooth business flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, billing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly/annual closing.
  • Coordinate with customers for orders, payments, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
  • Handle office administration including documentation, filing, and coordination with suppliers.
  • Assist with logistics and inventory updates related to spice and foodstuff products.
  • Prepare reports, statements, and trackers as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
  • Support day-to-day office and operational requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably in foodstuff or trading companies).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software
  • Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
  • Knowledge of foodstuff/spices industry is an advantage.
