About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join our foodstuff trading company. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting, administrative operations, and customer coordination while ensuring smooth business flow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations including invoicing, billing, receivables, payables, and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and assist in monthly/annual closing.
- Coordinate with customers for orders, payments, delivery schedules, and follow-ups.
- Handle office administration including documentation, filing, and coordination with suppliers.
- Assist with logistics and inventory updates related to spice and foodstuff products.
- Prepare reports, statements, and trackers as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and company policies.
- Support day-to-day office and operational requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE (preferably in foodstuff or trading companies).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Knowledge of foodstuff/spices industry is an advantage.
