Social Media &amp; Creator Strategy (Contract)</h2>
~20 hrs/week | $40/hr | Fully remote (ability to capture content in clinic a plus) 
Project Overview We're looking for a creative, tuned-in independent contractor to provide social media strategy, content production, and community engagement services for Origin&rsquo;s Instagram and TikTok channels. You'll help us grow our presence, deepen community engagement, and amplify the pelvic health conversation. You have a high bar for quality, evidence-based content, are a natural community builder, and believe millions of people need to learn about pelvic floor therapy. 
Project engagement will kick off on 08/03/2026.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
1. Scope of Services</h3>
The Consultant will be responsible for delivering the following professional outcomes:<ul><li>
Social Media Management: Oversee and manage Origin's Instagram and TikTok accounts.</li><li>
Content Production: Produce a consistent volume of on-brand video and static content that educates, validates, and builds trust with our audience.</li><li>
Creative Development: Write copy and develop design briefs for our freelance designer; design some assets yourself.</li><li>
Clinical Coaching: Partner with internal experts to translate complex clinical concepts into social-first formats. Consultant will provide guidance on scripting and on-camera presence for expert-led content.</li><li>
Community Management: Manage daily community interactions and respond to DMs and comments within 24 hours on weekdays. Proactively engage with relevant creators, brands, and clinicians.</li><li>
Influencer Pipeline Development: Identify and vet potential creator partners, delivering curated recommendations to the Marketing Lead for contracting.</li><li>
Performance Analysis: Share a monthly readout documenting content performance, engagement trends, and data-driven strategic recommendations.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
2. Consultant Qualifications</h3><ul><li>
Experience managing and growing engaged communities across Instagram and TikTok.</li><li>
Ability to understand and translate Origin's brand voice &mdash; authoritative and evidence-based, but also warm, uplifting, and judgment-free &mdash; to social.</li><li>
Deep understanding of what social platforms value: authentic expertise over marketing speak.</li><li>
Proven track record spotting trends and making fast, confident calls on what's right for the brand.</li><li>
Comfort picking up clinical concepts quickly and translating them for a general audience without losing accuracy.</li><li>
Proficiency in mobile-first video and static asset production, editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Figma, or similar), and social platform analytics.</li><li>
Ability to manage an independent project workflow with minimal supervision and high accountability for results.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
3. Logistics</h3><ul><li>
Tools &amp; Equipment: The Consultant is responsible for providing all tools necessary for the project, including hardware (smartphone/camera) and software (e.g., CapCut, or equivalent editing suites).</li><li>
Scheduling: This is a project-based engagement estimated at 20 hours per week. The Consultant is free to set their own hours and location, provided all professional deadlines and community response windows are met.</li><li>
Site Access: While the role is remote, the Consultant may have access to Origin clinics in Texas for voluntary content capture sessions as project needs dictate.</li></ul></div>

About the Role</h2>
We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the patient journey across email, SMS, push, and other CRM channels.
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Experience teams, you'll build, launch, and improve lifecycle programs that drive activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value across Origin's care offerings and digital products. You'll play a key role in shaping the patient experience for On-Track, Origin's subscription-based care program, helping patients stay engaged, achieve their goals, and realize ongoing value from their Origin experience.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves building lifecycle systems that drive measurable business impact. You're excited to design customer journeys, develop segmentation and personalization strategies, build campaigns in Iterable, analyze performance data, and continuously test new ways to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
You'll have a direct impact on Origin's growth by helping more patients discover care, stay engaged in treatment, and continue their health journey with us over time.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You'll Do</h2>
Design &amp; Optimize the Patient Journey<ul><li>
Design lifecycle strategies that improve patient signup, onboarding, visit utilization, engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value</li><li>
Develop customer journey maps, segmentation strategies, and personalized experiences across key stages of the patient lifecycle</li><li>
Create nurture programs that help prospective patients understand the value of care and take action</li><li>
Partner with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to develop lifecycle programs that improve patient engagement, care adherence, retention, renewal, and long-term value across Origin's care offerings, including OnTrack</li><li>
Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the patient journey to improve care utilization, satisfaction, and long-term value</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Build &amp; Execute Lifecycle Campaigns</h3><ul><li>
Build, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and future patient engagement channels in Iterable</li><li>
Manage one-off campaigns, newsletters, promotional sends, operational communications, and product announcements</li><li>
Build and operationalize personalized campaigns and targeting strategies that create more relevant patient experiences</li><li>
Maintain journey logic, audience rules, suppression frameworks, QA processes, and campaign documentation</li><li>
Ensure all communications are on-brand, patient-centered, and aligned with clinical and compliance requirements</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Test, Learn &amp; Optimize</h3><ul><li>
Develop and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, timing, offers, channel mix, and audience segments</li><li>
Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations</li><li>
Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs, including engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and revenue contribution</li><li>
Document campaign changes, test results, and key learnings to build institutional knowledge and inform future lifecycle strategy</li><li>
Communicate performance insights, program updates, and lifecycle recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Partner Across the Business</h3><ul><li>
Collaborate with Product, Experience, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams to support launches, new services, clinic openings, and strategic initiatives</li><li>
Translate complex healthcare topics into clear, approachable, patient-friendly communications</li><li>
Incorporate patient feedback, behavioral insights, and business priorities into lifecycle strategy</li><li>

About you<ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or email marketing</li><li>
Hands-on experience building and optimizing automated journeys and campaigns in platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar. Iterable experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and deliverability</li><li>
Experience using messaging, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion across the customer journey</li><li>
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to identify opportunities and make decisions</li><li>
Experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or similar reporting tools</li><li>
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to QA</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment</li><li>
Demonstrated experience embedding AI into daily workflows to automate the routine, optimize personal efficiency, and scale team velocity.</li></ul><h1 class="jobSectionHeader">

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000.00 USD base salary per year plus equity.</div>
