We're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the patient journey across email, SMS, push, and other CRM channels.
Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing and working closely with the Marketing, Product, and Experience teams, you'll build, launch, and improve lifecycle programs that drive activation, conversion, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value across Origin's care offerings and digital products. You'll play a key role in shaping the patient experience for On-Track, Origin's subscription-based care program, helping patients stay engaged, achieve their goals, and realize ongoing value from their Origin experience.
This role is ideal for a marketer who loves building lifecycle systems that drive measurable business impact. You're excited to design customer journeys, develop segmentation and personalization strategies, build campaigns in Iterable, analyze performance data, and continuously test new ways to improve engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
You'll have a direct impact on Origin's growth by helping more patients discover care, stay engaged in treatment, and continue their health journey with us over time.
Design & Optimize the Patient Journey

Design lifecycle strategies that improve patient signup, onboarding, visit utilization, engagement, retention, reactivation, and lifetime value

Develop customer journey maps, segmentation strategies, and personalized experiences across key stages of the patient lifecycle

Create nurture programs that help prospective patients understand the value of care and take action

Partner with Product, Clinical, and Operations teams to develop lifecycle programs that improve patient engagement, care adherence, retention, renewal, and long-term value across Origin's care offerings, including OnTrack
-
Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the patient journey to improve care utilization, satisfaction, and long-term value

Build, launch, and optimize automated lifecycle journeys across email, SMS, and future patient engagement channels in Iterable
-
Manage one-off campaigns, newsletters, promotional sends, operational communications, and product announcements
-
Build and operationalize personalized campaigns and targeting strategies that create more relevant patient experiences
-
Maintain journey logic, audience rules, suppression frameworks, QA processes, and campaign documentation
-
Ensure all communications are on-brand, patient-centered, and aligned with clinical and compliance requirements

Develop and execute A/B tests across messaging, creative, timing, offers, channel mix, and audience segments

Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations

Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs, including engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, and revenue contribution

Document campaign changes, test results, and key learnings to build institutional knowledge and inform future lifecycle strategy

Communicate performance insights, program updates, and lifecycle recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders

Collaborate with Product, Experience, Clinical, Operations, and Growth teams to support launches, new services, clinic openings, and strategic initiatives

Translate complex healthcare topics into clear, approachable, patient-friendly communications

Incorporate patient feedback, behavioral insights, and business priorities into lifecycle strategy

About you
-
3–5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or email marketing
-
Hands-on experience building and optimizing automated journeys and campaigns in platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, Customer.io, HubSpot, or similar. Iterable experience is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of email and SMS marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, experimentation, and deliverability
-
Experience using messaging, segmentation, and personalization strategies to improve engagement and conversion across the customer journey
-
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data to identify opportunities and make decisions
-
Experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, or similar reporting tools
-
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to QA
-
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment
-
Demonstrated experience embedding AI into daily workflows to automate the routine, optimize personal efficiency, and scale team velocity.

Experience driving engagement, retention, and renewal programs for subscription-based, membership, or recurring-revenue products

Experience in healthcare, women's health, telehealth, physical therapy, or wellness

Familiarity with SQL, customer data platforms, and customer journey analytics

Experience using AI tools to accelerate campaign creation, analysis, and workflow efficiency

The compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000.00 USD base salary per year plus equity.
