This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a structured environment.About the RoleThis position focuses on participant recruitment, scheduling, and administrative support for cosmetic clinical studies. Reliability and communication are essential.Key Responsibilities&middot; Post and manage recruitment ads (Craigslist, Nextdoor, social media)&middot; Respond promptly to participant inquiries&middot; Conduct phone pre-screening using provided scripts&middot; Schedule qualified participants&middot; Send appointment reminders and follow-ups&middot; Track enrollment and attendance in spreadsheets&middot; Prepare study paperwork and visit folders&middot; Maintain organized digital records in Shared DriveRequirements&middot; Strong communication skills (phone, text, email)&middot; Excellent organization and attention to detail&middot; Comfortable using Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Excel&middot; Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently&middot; Must be dependable and punctual&middot; Professional demeanor when interacting with participantsSchedule&middot; 30 hours per week&middot; Consistent weekly schedule required&middot; Timely communication required if running late or unavailableCompensation$15&ndash;$20 per hour depending on experienceWhat We&rsquo;re Looking ForWe are a small but growing clinical research lab.
