Vietnamese-Speaking Orthopedic Patient Access &amp; Clinical LiaisonPay: From $22.00 per hour Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Person)Position OverviewWe are seeking a bilingual Vietnamese-speaking Patient Access &amp; Clinical Liaison to serve as the primary communication bridge between our physicians and Vietnamese-speaking patients in our Orthopedic and Pain Management practice.This is not a traditional translator-only role. This position blends patient coordination, front office leadership, and in-room clinical support to ensure a seamless patient journey from first phone call through treatment completion.Core ResponsibilitiesPatient Access &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as the primary Vietnamese language liaison for patients and families</li><li>Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling</li><li>Coordinate follow-up visits, imaging, and procedure scheduling</li><li>Respond to patient messages and assist with care coordination</li><li>Accurately input patient demographics and health information into the EMR</li></ul>Clinical Support &amp; In-Room Liaison<ul><li>Room patients and obtain vitals</li><li>Prepare patients for injections and minor procedures</li><li>Assist physician during examinations and procedures with real-time translation</li><li>Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, sanitized, and organized</li><li>Support clinical workflow efficiency between visits</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Fluency in Vietnamese and English (Required)</li><li>Experience in medical office or healthcare setting preferred</li><li>Strong comfort with EMR systems and Microsoft Office</li><li>Calm, professional demeanor in high-paced environments</li><li>Strong interpersonal and patient-facing communication skills</li></ul>What Makes This Role Unique<ul><li>Direct collaboration with an orthopedic surgeon and pain management team</li><li>Opportunity to grow into leadership in patient experience</li><li>Meaningful impact within a growing specialty practice</li></ul>Benefits: 401(k) Health Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time OffPay: From $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
