Vietnamese-Speaking Orthopedic Patient Access & Clinical Liaison

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Person)

Position Overview

We are seeking a bilingual Vietnamese-speaking Patient Access & Clinical Liaison to serve as the primary communication bridge between our physicians and Vietnamese-speaking patients in our Orthopedic and Pain Management practice.

This is not a traditional translator-only role. This position blends patient coordination, front office leadership, and in-room clinical support to ensure a seamless patient journey from first phone call through treatment completion.

Core ResponsibilitiesPatient Access & Communication

• Serve as the primary Vietnamese language liaison for patients and families
• Manage incoming calls and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate follow-up visits, imaging, and procedure scheduling
• Respond to patient messages and assist with care coordination
• Accurately input patient demographics and health information into the EMR

Clinical Support & In-Room Liaison

• Room patients and obtain vitals
• Prepare patients for injections and minor procedures
• Assist physician during examinations and procedures with real-time translation
• Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, sanitized, and organized
• Support clinical workflow efficiency between visits

Qualifications

• Fluency in Vietnamese and English (Required)
• Experience in medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Strong comfort with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Calm, professional demeanor in high-paced environments
• Strong interpersonal and patient-facing communication skills
