Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Evening Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting a welcoming atmosphere, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our team&rsquo;s success.Duties<ul><li>Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, creating a positive first impression for everyone entering the facility</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously</li><li>Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally</li><li>Maintain front desk area, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and welcoming at all times</li><li>Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications to update records and logs</li><li>Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and managing calendars</li><li>Assist with basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks and support administrative functions including scheduling appointments and managing supplies</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in front desk or reception roles within an office environment</li><li>Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools</li><li>Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clientele</li><li>Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting</li><li>Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management</li><li>Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and office management procedures</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times</li></ul>Join us as an Evening Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face that keeps our office running smoothly after hours!
