Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Ortho-One. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care across various departments, including wards, emergency, Day Care, and SICU.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide direct patient care in the ward, emergency, day-care, and SICU according to hospital protocols.</li><li>Regularly check and document vital parameters.</li><li>Administer prescribed medications and ensure proper documentation.</li><li>Attend to patient complaints, provide problem-solving support, and ensure a compassionate approach.</li><li>Ensure immediate documentation and execute the orders given by doctors.</li><li>Assist doctors in assessing and dressing wounds.</li><li>Facilitate the shifting and receiving of patients to and from the OT, ensuring proper handovers.</li><li>Provide post-operative care, including instructions for recovery.</li><li>Handle discharge procedures, ensuring proper documentation and patient instructions.</li><li>Safely manage bio-medical waste following hospital protocols.</li><li>Properly handle, maintain, and ensure the functioning of medical equipments.</li><li>Actively participate in Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) classes and monthly staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Registered Staff Nurse (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
