Staff Nurse

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our Ortho-One. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing quality patient care across various departments, including wards, emergency, Day Care, and SICU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ward, emergency, day-care, and SICU according to hospital protocols.
• Regularly check and document vital parameters.
• Administer prescribed medications and ensure proper documentation.
• Attend to patient complaints, provide problem-solving support, and ensure a compassionate approach.
• Ensure immediate documentation and execute the orders given by doctors.
• Assist doctors in assessing and dressing wounds.
• Facilitate the shifting and receiving of patients to and from the OT, ensuring proper handovers.
• Provide post-operative care, including instructions for recovery.
• Handle discharge procedures, ensuring proper documentation and patient instructions.
• Safely manage bio-medical waste following hospital protocols.
• Properly handle, maintain, and ensure the functioning of medical equipments.
• Actively participate in Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) classes and monthly staff meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
