You will work closely with design, operations, and leadership to create a world-class online experience for clinicians, distributors, and partners.Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, build, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications using modern web technologies.</li><li>Build out and manage an e-commerce platform with hundreds of SKUs, including product pages, search/filtering, categorization, inventory logic, and secure checkout workflows.</li><li>Implement front-end and back-end functionalities: dynamic features, interactive pages, data capture, secure forms.</li><li>Collaborate with design/UX and content teams to ensure visual design, brand consistency, and seamless user experience across devices.</li><li>Optimize site performance, load times, accessibility, cross-browser and device compatibility.</li><li>Maintain and improve codebase quality: write clean, maintainable code; perform code reviews; document as needed.</li><li>Work with internal stakeholders (leadership, operations, marketing) to translate requirements into functional web tools/features.</li><li>Troubleshoot, debug, and fix bugs or issues; implement updates and enhancements as business needs evolve.</li><li>Optionally: build/maintain APIs, integrate with third-party services or tools (e.g. CRM, patient-management, analytics).</li></ul>Must-Have Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in core web technologies: HTML, CSS (or SCSS/LESS), JavaScript.</li><li>Hands-on experience building or managing an e-commerce site &mdash; ideally with large product catalogs, variant management, and complex SKU structures.</li><li>Experience with modern front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g. React, Vue, or similar).</li><li>Familiarity with backend development (e.g. Node.js, Python, PHP or another server-side stack), databases (SQL or NoSQL), and APIs.</li><li>Knowledge of version control systems (e.g. Git) and development workflows.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to write clean, maintainable code.</li><li>Good communication and collaboration &mdash; able to work with designers, operations, leadership to deliver integrated web solutions.</li></ul>Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with content management systems or frameworks (e.g. WordPress, headless CMS) if applicable.</li><li>Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, responsive design, mobile-first development.</li><li>Understanding of web performance optimization, SEO best practices, security, data protection.</li><li>Prior experience in a startup environment or working on projects where you wear multiple hats.</li><li>Willingness to take ownership: propose web strategy, advise on improvements, contribute ideas beyond just coding.</li></ul>What We Offer &amp; Company Culture<ul><li>Be part of a mission-driven team transforming the dental implant industry &mdash; your work will have visible, real-world impact.</li><li>Opportunity to shape and own our entire web presence: marketing site, patient-facing portal, internal tools, and more.</li><li>Collaborative environment: you&rsquo;ll work directly with leadership, design, operations &mdash; not buried in a bureaucracy.</li><li>Growth opportunity as we scale: early employees often get to take on more responsibility, evolve into lead developer / head of tech roles.</li><li>Flexibility and a startup-style culture: we value initiative, creativity, and agile execution.</li><li>Competitive compensation (to be discussed) and possibility for equity / profit-sharing (depending on fit and commitment).</li></ul>How to ApplyPlease submit:<ul><li>Your resume / CV</li><li>A brief cover letter explaining why you&rsquo;d like to work in a dental-implant startup and what you find exciting about our mission</li><li>A portfolio or links to web projects you have built or contributed to (public sites, GitHub, etc.)</li><li>Any additional relevant info: preferred tech stack, availability, etc.</li></ul>We look forward to building something great together.Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Lancaster, NY 14086 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
