 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identifying and implementing Quality Assurance system requirements for the Center and continuously improving the conformity level for all functions
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Effectively communicating and supporting personnel regarding their adequacy and the compliance of manufacturing operations with the QA requirements
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Seeking to the sustention of QA system certifications and following the updates/upgrades
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Building and maintaining Vendor/Customer Quality Management Systems and Relations ensuring the quality system requirements are met for the procurement and all internal processes
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Identifying and performing Quality Control operations for manufactured parts/assemblies in accordance with the manufacturing requirements and tolerances
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Carrying out the necessary measurements and controls on manufactured parts/assemblies for dimensions, hole positionings, contours, shapes, surface qualities, material properties, functionality etc., per instructed by related drawings and standards
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Programming, operating, and maintaining the Coordinate Measurement Machine fulfilling time and quality requirements, and following facility HSE guidelines and the machine manufacturers&rsquo; instructions
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Ensuring the CMM and all metrology equipment are maintained and calibrated properly
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Analyzing and reporting root causes for inaccurate measurements and taking corrective measures
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Keeping the records of all necessary QC reports and related documents properly in digital and printed copies
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Presenting the reports and files of measurements and quality control processes regularly, in digital graphics and statistical format, to the team leader and related personnel
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 &nbsp;
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &middot; Minimum Bachelor's degree in related Engineering programs or non-engineering programs with a solid background in design/manufacturing fields
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management and/or quality control operations (Master&rsquo;s Degree in related fields will be accepted as equivalent)
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Preferably hands-on experience with CMM operations
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Minimum intermediate command of solid modeling CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.)
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Understanding of concepts such as measuring, tolerancing, quality standards and certifications, as well as knowledge of tools required in metrology.
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proficient in MS Office Suite
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;High command of English both verbal and written
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Team player with strong communication skills and high regard of responsibility
 
 
 &middot;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
