Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and high-potential manufacturing engineer with strong hands-on experience in CNC turning and milling operations, along with a solid background in CNC machine operation and CAD/CAM applications. This role involves producing high-precision components, optimizing machining processes, and contributing to advanced prototyping and manufacturing activities carried out within PROTA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Programming, setting up, and operating CNC turning and milling machines (including 5-axis and turn-mill systems)

• Developing and optimizing cutting tools and fixtures for efficient machining

• Ensuring proper maintenance of CNC workbenches, equipment, and related tooling

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or manufacturing-related fields

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC turning/milling operations, CNC manufacturing, and CAD/CAM-related roles

• Proficiency in CAD software (such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks, CATIA, NX, etc.) and intermediate-level competence in CAM applications

• Ability to use metrology tools for preliminary dimensional inspection

• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

• Proficiency in English for reading and interpreting documentation and academic resources

• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on technical skills

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
