We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and troubleshooting conveyor systems, hydraulic equipment, and other industrial machinery, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum production efficiency. <p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Perform routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on automated conveyor systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.</li>
<li>Maintain and repair hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, and control systems.</li>
<li>Inspect equipment to identify potential issues and take proactive corrective measures.</li>
<li>Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.</li>
<li>Perform welding, fabrication, and machining as needed for equipment repair or modification.</li>
<li>Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support equipment upgrades or modifications.</li>
<li>Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders and maintenance logs.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times.</li>
<li>Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns to minimize downtime.</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Qualifications:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or GED required; technical certificationin Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.</li>
<li>3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.</li>
<li>Proven experience with conveyor systems (powered roller, belt, sortation, etc.) and related components.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems, including diagnostics and repair.</li>
<li>Familiarity with electrical systems, motors, PLCs, and basic troubleshooting is a plus.</li>
<li>Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings.</li>
<li>Basic welding and fabrication skills a plus.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a high-demand environment.</li>

Industrial Maintenance Technician

You clock in at 7:30PM and take ownership of a direct-hire role that includes a shift premium. You scan the maintenance queue, line up preventive tasks, and make sure critical production and facility systems are ready for the night&rsquo;s demand. When something goes down, you&rsquo;re the first call&mdash;troubleshooting fast, keeping safety first, and getting equipment back online.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you&rsquo;ll do</b></h3><ul><li>
Install, troubleshoot, and service plant and facility machinery to maximize uptime.</li><li>
Respond quickly to mechanical breakdowns&mdash;lead repairs or partner with teammates to resolve issues.</li><li>
Support changeovers and equipment set-ups to keep production flowing.</li><li>
Work across production or facilities maintenance assignments as needed.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What you bring</b></h3><ul><li>
At least 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs (or equivalent via trade school/training).</li><li>
Electrical proficiency up to 480 volts.</li><li>
Solid background with PLCs as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.</li><li>
Experience with Allen‑Bradley software.</li><li>
Ability to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.</li><li>

Schedule and shift</b></h3><ul><li>
3rd shift: 7:30PM to 7:30AM.</li><li>
