Industrial Maintenance Technician – PLC & Controls

What your night looks like

You clock in at 7:30PM and take ownership of a direct-hire role that includes a shift premium. You scan the maintenance queue, line up preventive tasks, and make sure critical production and facility systems are ready for the night’s demand. When something goes down, you’re the first call—troubleshooting fast, keeping safety first, and getting equipment back online.

What you’ll do

  • Install, troubleshoot, and service plant and facility machinery to maximize uptime.
  • Respond quickly to mechanical breakdowns—lead repairs or partner with teammates to resolve issues.
  • Support changeovers and equipment set-ups to keep production flowing.
  • Work across production or facilities maintenance assignments as needed.

What you bring

  • At least 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs (or equivalent via trade school/training).
  • Electrical proficiency up to 480 volts.
  • Solid background with PLCs as well as pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience with Allen‑Bradley software.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
  • Welding capability.

Schedule and shift

  • 3rd shift: 7:30PM to 7:30AM.
  • Direct hire with a shift premium.

If you thrive on solving problems under pressure and keeping complex systems running, you’ll find plenty of room to make an impact here.
