This role supports day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, and basic general ledger activities.This is a hands-on position that includes both accounting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing their workload while supporting different areas of the business as needed. Curiosity about AI is a huge plus!Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with daily bookkeeping and accounting tasks</li><li>Enter and maintain financial records in Quickbooks Online</li><li>Process invoices, payments, and receipts (AR/AP)</li><li>Perform account reconciliations and verify data accuracy</li><li>Maintain organized financial records and documentation</li><li>Monitor and respond to accounting-related emails and customer inquiries</li><li>Support general administrative tasks as needed</li><li>Assist with operational tasks in our WMS (Extensiv) as needed</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles</li><li>Experience with Quickbooks required</li><li>Basic Excel skills (sorting/filtering, simple formulas)</li><li>Previous office experience required</li><li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks</li><li>Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks</li><li>Clear and professional communication</li><li>Comfortable supporting both accounting and administrative work</li><li>Curiosity about AI tools</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>$20-$22 per hour, depending on experience</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit your resume through Indeed for consideration.Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
