Pay: $720–$940 weekly (performance-based increases & bonuses)
 Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
 Location: Appleton/Neenah, WI
 
Experience This Job is Great For: Lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping, general outdoor labor, mowing, trimming, fertilizing. No prior experience required.

What You'll Do

<li>Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers on residential & commercial properties</li>
<li>Mow, trim, and edge properties to a high standard</li>
<li>Work efficiently with your crew to complete jobs</li>
<li>Prepare equipment and trucks for daily work</li>
<li>Report equipment issues promptly</li>
<li>Track property progress and communicate updates</li>
<li>Learn proper equipment use, safety practices, and daily maintenance</li>
<li>Over time, operate larger equipment and machinery</li>
<li>Keep jobsites organized and professional</li>
</ul>
What You'll Need

<li>Smartphone for schedules, routing, and job tracking</li>
<li>Preferred (not required): Lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience</li>
