Mowing Team Apprentice

Pay: $720–$940 weekly (performance-based increases & bonuses)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional Saturdays
Location: Appleton/Neenah, WI

Experience This Job is Great For: Lawn care, landscaping, groundskeeping, general outdoor labor, mowing, trimming, fertilizing. No prior experience required.

What You'll Do

• Operate mowers, trimmers, and blowers on residential & commercial properties
• Mow, trim, and edge properties to a high standard
• Work efficiently with your crew to complete jobs
• Prepare equipment and trucks for daily work
• Report equipment issues promptly
• Track property progress and communicate updates
• Learn proper equipment use, safety practices, and daily maintenance
• Over time, operate larger equipment and machinery
• Keep jobsites organized and professional
