Landscape Crew MemberOutdoor Living and LandscapesFull-timeEntry level welcomeAbout the roleOutdoor Living and Landscapes is a full-service landscaping company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial installations. We're looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team and help build beautiful outdoor spaces &mdash; from paver patios and retaining walls to plantings, turf, and more. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training and are committed to helping you grow your skills.What you'll do✓Assist in the installation of hardscapes (paver patios, retaining walls, steps, sitting walls, outdoor kitchens) and softscapes (plantings, mulching, soil prep, turf)✓Perform hands-on physical tasks: planting, carrying and placing heavy materials (pavers, bricks, stone), raking, grading, and site cleanup✓Safely operate small equipment and tools including saws, leaf blowers, rototillers, and compactors under foreman direction✓Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the day✓Work collaboratively with the crew and foreman to complete daily project goals✓Assist with basic tool and equipment upkeep and report any issues promptlyWhat we're looking for✓Reliable, punctual, and hardworking &mdash; you show up ready to contribute every day✓Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions✓Positive attitude and ability to take direction and work well as part of a team✓Prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required &mdash; we'll train the right person✓Valid driver's license preferredBenefitsPaid time offHealth reimbursement401KHow to applySend your resume to stephanie@designoutdoorliving.com or apply directly through Indeed.We look forward to hearing from you!Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Flexible spending account</li><li>Opportunities for advancement</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
