About the role

Outdoor Living and Landscapes is a full-service landscaping company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial installations. We're looking for a motivated Landscape Crew Member to join our team and help build beautiful outdoor spaces — from paver patios and retaining walls to plantings, turf, and more. No prior experience is required; we provide on-the-job training and are committed to helping you grow your skills.

What you'll do

✓Assist in the installation of hardscapes (paver patios, retaining walls, steps, sitting walls, outdoor kitchens) and softscapes (plantings, mulching, soil prep, turf)

✓Perform hands-on physical tasks: planting, carrying and placing heavy materials (pavers, bricks, stone), raking, grading, and site cleanup

✓Safely operate small equipment and tools including saws, leaf blowers, rototillers, and compactors under foreman direction

✓Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the day

✓Work collaboratively with the crew and foreman to complete daily project goals

✓Assist with basic tool and equipment upkeep and report any issues promptly

What we're looking for

✓Reliable, punctual, and hardworking — you show up ready to contribute every day

✓Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions

✓Positive attitude and ability to take direction and work well as part of a team

✓Prior landscaping experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person

✓Valid driver's license preferred
