This is an execution role.We are seeking a highly organized, structured, and self-directed Administrative &amp; Personal Assistant to support multiple service-based businesses in regulated environments.This individual will be responsible for maintaining organization across systems, supporting documentation processes, managing calendars, and ensuring that key operational deadlines are met&mdash;without constant supervision.Not just completing tasks&hellip; but owning outcomes.Key Responsibilities Administrative &amp; Operational Support<ul><li>Maintain and organize calendars, deadlines, and scheduling across multiple businesses</li><li>Track and follow up on ongoing tasks, projects, and requirements</li><li>Assist with onboarding processes (documentation tracking, checklist completion, communication)</li><li>Maintain organized digital filing systems (Google Drive, Microsoft 365, etc.)</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Assist with preparation and organization of required documentation</li><li>Ensure monthly documents are completed and submitted by the 15th of each month</li><li>Maintain accuracy, consistency, and organization of records</li><li>Learn and follow structured documentation processes (training will be provided)</li></ul>Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Draft, send, and respond to professional communications</li><li>Coordinate with team members, providers, and partners as needed</li><li>Send reminders, follow-ups, and confirmations to keep operations on track</li></ul>Personal Assistance<ul><li>Support with scheduling and personal administrative tasks</li><li>Assist with maintaining organization in both business and personal matters</li></ul>Required QualificationsThis is important&hellip; very important.<ul><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmed</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to follow directions and execute independently</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Reliable, consistent, and accountable</li></ul>What We Are Looking ForNot just someone who takes instructions&hellip; &hellip;but someone who moves things forward.<ul><li>Self-starter with minimal need for supervision</li><li>Structured thinker who keeps systems organized</li><li>Problem-solver who can figure things out and follow through</li><li>Someone who understands deadlines are non-negotiable</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Administrative or Virtual Assistant experience</li><li>Experience supporting multiple businesses or executives</li><li>Familiarity with documentation-heavy or compliance-based environments (a plus)</li><li>Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or project management tools</li></ul>Work Schedule<ul><li>Approximately ___ hours per week</li><li>Flexible schedule with required availability for deadlines and communication</li></ul>How to ApplySubmit the following: (via email: pillarforproviders@gmail.com)<ul><li>Resume</li><li>Brief introduction</li><li>Answer this question</li><li>Describe a time you were responsible for managing multiple deadlines.
