Job Description: Telesales Agent (UK Account)Location: Maadi, CairoSalary: Up to EGP 16,000 gross per monthShift Structure: Fixed Schedule | Weekends OffJob SummaryWe are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Agents to join our growing team for a premium UK-based account. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and closing sales. This is a high-energy environment perfect for individuals who are target-driven and possess excellent communication skills in English.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the UK market.</li><li>Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.</li><li>Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.</li><li>Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Language: Solid B2 English level or higher (Fluent verbal communication is essential).</li><li>Education: Open to Undergraduates, Graduates, and Dropouts.</li><li>Age: 16 to 36 years old.</li><li>Experience: Previous experience in sales or call centers is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Nationality: Egyptians and Foreigners are both welcome to apply.</li><li>Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and resilience.</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Fixed Shifts: * Monday &ndash; Thursday: 12:15 PM &ndash; 8:30 PM</li><li>Friday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:30 PM</li><li>Fixed Days Off: Saturday &amp; Sunday.</li><li>Location: On-site in Maadi.</li></ul>Pay: From E&pound;16,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
