Location: Maadi, Cairo

Salary: Up to EGP 16,000 gross per month

Shift Structure: Fixed Schedule | Weekends Off

Job Summary

We are looking for energetic and persuasive Telesales Agents to join our growing team for a premium UK-based account. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, presenting our services, and closing sales. This is a high-energy environment perfect for individuals who are target-driven and possess excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients in the UK market.
• Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and present relevant solutions.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
• Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Solid B2 English level or higher (Fluent verbal communication is essential).
• Education: Open to Undergraduates, Graduates, and Dropouts.
• Age: 16 to 36 years old.
• Experience: Previous experience in sales or call centers is a plus, but not required.
• Nationality: Egyptians and Foreigners are both welcome to apply.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and resilience.

Working Conditions

• Fixed Shifts: * Monday – Thursday: 12:15 PM – 8:30 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Fixed Days Off: Saturday & Sunday.
• Location: On-site in Maadi.

Pay: From E£16,000.00 per month
