Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will help optimize fleet utilization, improve delivery accuracy, and enhance overall operational efficiency.Duties<ul><li>Coordinate daily dispatch activities for freight shipments using transportation management systems</li><li>Utilize GPS tools to track vehicle locations, optimize routes, and ensure timely deliveries.</li><li>Manage inbound and outbound shipping schedules, including shipping &amp; receiving documentation and freight coordination.</li><li>Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, warehouse teams, and customers via multi-line phone systems while maintaining professional phone etiquette.</li><li>Enter data accurately into transportation management systems platforms to ensure real-time updates and reporting. Track shipments and ensure on time delivery.</li><li>Assist with logistics analysis by reviewing transportation data to identify efficiencies, resolve issues, and improve supply chain processes.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally.</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills.
