We are building a team that is collaborative, impact driven, and ready for career-defining growth.HR Generalist:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations and ensure compliance across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, balancing administrative precision with people-focused engagement.The HR Generalist will manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.Responsibilities: Employee Relations &amp; Support<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.</li><li>Maintain a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with company values.</li></ul>Recruitment &amp; Onboarding<ul><li>Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and post openings.</li><li>Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers.</li><li>Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless start.</li></ul>HR Administration &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Maintain accurate and confidential employee records</li><li>Assist with maintaining benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.</li><li>Assisst with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).</li></ul>Special Projects &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Contribute to HR projects, organizational initiatives and other items as needed.</li><li>Create reports and support internal audits and compliance reviews.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience Bachelor&rsquo;s degree 3+ years HR, Office management, or related experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable with technology systemsWork Authorization Must be authorized to work in the United States.
