HR Generalist:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations and ensure compliance across all areas of the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, balancing administrative precision with people-focused engagement.

The HR Generalist will manage a variety of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.

Responsibilities: Employee Relations & Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful workplace culture that aligns with company values.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and post openings.
  • Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate offers.
  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a seamless start.

HR Administration & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records
  • Assist with maintaining benefits programs and assist with open enrollment.
  • Assisst with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws (e.g., FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OSHA).

Special Projects & Reporting

  • Contribute to HR projects, organizational initiatives and other items as needed.
  • Create reports and support internal audits and compliance reviews.

Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree 3+ years HR, Office management, or related experience Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficient with Google Workspace and comfortable with technology systems
