Job SummaryOur progressive engineering firm is seeking a Mechanical HVAC Engineer to join our MEP Engineering team &ndash; managing, engineering, and collaborating on projects within commercial, retail, office, food establishments, education, health care, residential, and industrial buildings.<ul><li>Mechanical HVAC &amp; Plumbing Engineering for building systems.</li><li>Coordinating with Architects, Owners, and Building Officials.</li><li>Designing HVAC Engineering air and hydronic systems using energy modeling and heat loss/gain software.</li><li>AutoCAD &amp; REVIT Designing for HVAC &amp; Plumbing equipment, components, piping, ductwork, controls, and specifications.</li><li>Applying effective verbal and written communication.</li><li>Collaborating among engineering team, clients, and contractors.</li><li>Project Managing within MEP Engineering Team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>10 years minimum experience within Mechanical HVAC / Plumbing / Electric Engineering.</li><li>AutoCad proficient.</li><li>Revit is a Plus+.</li><li>Carrier HAP and/or Trane Trace HVAC software proficient.</li><li>COMcheck software proficient.</li><li>MS Office proficient.</li><li>Site observation visits and building surveys.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>PE license is a Plus +.</li></ul>Benefits&middot; Salary is negotiable based upon education and experience.&middot; Flextime.&middot; Annual Paid Time Off.&middot; Holiday Paid Time Off.&middot; Retirement Plan.&middot; Health/Dental/Vision Insurance.At Oxford Engineering, we foster connection and collaboration while maintaining individual accountability.
