Job Title: Sales ManagerOverviewThe Sales Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. This role bridges the gap between executive leadership and the sales floor, translating high-level business strategy into actionable sales plans. The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader who excels at coaching, forecasting, and fostering a high-performance culture.Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership &amp; Development<ul><li>Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives.</li><li>Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions to improve individual performance and skill sets (e.g., negotiation, prospecting, closing).</li><li>Foster a competitive yet collaborative team culture that aligns with company values.</li><li>Manage performance, including implementing performance improvement plans (PIPs) and conducting annual reviews.</li></ul>2. Strategy &amp; Execution<ul><li>Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and quotas.</li><li>Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Segment the territory or market to ensure optimal coverage and resource allocation.</li><li>Collaborate with Marketing to align lead generation efforts with sales goals.</li></ul>3. Sales Operations &amp; Forecasting<ul><li>Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and quota attainment.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales forecasting to provide the executive team with visibility into future revenue.</li><li>Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure data integrity and process adherence.</li></ul>4. Customer &amp; Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Escalate and assist with complex or high-value negotiations.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer journey and provide feedback on product-market fit.</li></ul>Required QualificationsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience).</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of sales experience, with at least 1&ndash;3 years of experience managing a sales team.</li><li>Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding individual and team quotas.</li></ul>Hard Skills<ul><li>Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of sales performance metrics (LTV, CAC, Churn, Quota Attainment).</li><li>Experience with sales enablement tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach).</li></ul>Soft Skills<ul><li>Coaching Mindset: A desire to develop others rather than just managing numbers.</li><li>Emotional Intelligence: Ability to motivate diverse personalities and navigate team conflicts.</li><li>Analytical Thinking: Comfort with using spreadsheets and dashboards to diagnose performance issues.</li><li>Resilience: Ability to maintain team morale during periods of high stress or market downturns.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: RO11,200.000 - RO15,000.000 per yearExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
