P1 Manufacturing (a subsidiary of E.D. Industries, Inc.) located in Rogersville, MO is seeking an Experienced CNC Operator / Machinist &ndash; Mills, Lathes &amp; Swiss to join our team. This is a full time job, day shift (overtime available)with starting pay $20.00/hour minimum &mdash; significantly higher based on experience and skill level.P1 Manufacturing is a subsidiary of E.D. Industries, founded in 1972. Our Rogersville, MO shop runs CNC mills, lathes, Swiss machines, and 5-axis mill-turns in a clean, climate-controlled environment. We invest in our equipment and our people.Job Summary<ul><li>Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, Swiss lathes, grinders and 5-axis mill-turns</li><li>Read and edit programs, G&amp;M codes, tool offsets, and speeds &amp; feeds</li><li>Interpret blueprints and GD&amp;T; work to tight aerospace-grade tolerances</li><li>Perform in-process inspections with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, depth gauges, and indicators</li><li>Adjust offsets and program origins; change cutting tools, holders, and inserts</li><li>Set up jobs from start to finish without assistance</li><li>Mentor and train Level I and Level II operators (Level III / Machinist)</li><li>Monitor production for quality and notify supervision of any issues</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma, GED, or technical certificate</li><li>Minimum 1 year of CNC operating experience (more for senior roles &mdash; see below)</li><li>Solid blueprint reading with a working understanding of GD&amp;T</li><li>Proficiency with precision measuring tools (calipers, mics, depth/height gauges, indicators)</li><li>Shop math including geometry and trig</li><li>Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail</li></ul>Positive qualifications (a plus but not required)<ul><li>Forklift certification</li><li>SolidWorks, eDrawings, and Microsoft Office</li><li>Tight-tolerance background</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.</li></ul>Benefits &amp; Perks<ul><li>Starting at $20.00/hour&mdash; significantly higher for Level III and Machinist roles based on experience</li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance available</li><li>Paid time off and paid holidays</li><li>Professional development and clear advancement path</li><li>Modern, climate-controlled shop with well-maintained equipment</li><li>Stable, growing company</li></ul>Click Apply Now on Indeed with your resume &mdash; please include the types of machines you've run and your Swiss experience (if any).
