Job Location: Remote,Department: TechnologyType: Regular, Full-TimeWorking hours: 6 pm &ndash; 3 am (US Hours)Vision: Transforms students&rsquo; lives through Innovating workforce development models addressing skillset gapsMission: Transforms students&rsquo; lives by curating university programs and mapping them to certifications aligned to the emerging job market through apprenticeship and upskilling programsAt EdTech Ventures, we are committed to upholding the following core values:P*assion |Respect | Accountability | Innovation | Speed | Execution [ PRAISE* ]Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications for Android and iOS.</li><li>Define mobile architecture, ensure scalability, and enforce best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with UI/UX, backend, QA, and product teams to deliver high-quality solutions.</li><li>Review and mentor junior developers&rsquo; code to maintain clean, structured codebases.</li><li>Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, third-party SDKs, and cloud services.</li><li>Optimize mobile app performance, responsiveness, and load times.</li><li>Manage app releases and deployments to Google Play and App Store.</li><li>Participate actively in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and code reviews.</li><li>Contribute to process automation, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps alignment.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks.</li></ul>Technical Skills Required<ul><li>Expertise in Flutter and React Native frameworks.</li><li>Strong command of Dart, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC, Redux, etc.).</li><li>Experience with native integrations (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java).</li><li>Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.</li><li>Familiar with mobile app architecture, state management, and component reuse.</li><li>Proficient in Git workflows (branching, pull requests, code reviews).</li><li>Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Firebase, AppCenter, or Fastlane.</li><li>Experience with app analytics, push notifications, in-app purchases, and deep linking.</li><li>Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Flutter Test, Detox, etc.).</li><li>Understanding of App Store and Play Store deployment processes.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: Remote
