UI/UX Designer

Position Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to enhance the user experience of the EnableU platform. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, translating business requirements into intuitive user experiences, and designing clean, modern interfaces and workflows that improve engagement and usability.

The ideal candidate combines UX thinking with business analysis to define requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Experience with React is an advantage but is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive, user-centric experiences for the EnableU platform.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Create user flows, process maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Translate complex business requirements into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements based on user feedback and analytics.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure design consistency by following established UI/UX standards and design systems.
• Support sprint planning by providing clear functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with developers during implementation to ensure design accuracy.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX Design, Business Analysis, Product Design, or a similar role.
• Experience designing web-based SaaS or enterprise applications.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and process flows.
• Ability to gather and document functional and business requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• React or front-end development knowledge is preferred but not required.
