Job Summary

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating exceptional, user-centric digital experiences across our internal platforms, applications, and operational tools. The role focuses on understanding user needs, designing intuitive user journeys, and translating complex operational requirements into clean, functional, and visually appealing interfaces that drive efficiency across our US retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operational teams to define user requirements and design solutions.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Design intuitive, user-friendly UI assets, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual layouts for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to continuously optimize user journeys and interfaces.
• Establish and maintain consistent design systems, style guides, standards, and UI component libraries.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, workflow bottlenecks, and usability issues).
• Present and defend design concepts and deliverables to stakeholders with clear, data-driven rationale.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles, information architecture, and wireframing.
• High attention to detail, strong aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS and experience designing for retail management systems or ERPs is a strong plus.

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
