<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):</b></h3>

<p>Serve as the first point of contact with customers&mdash;building trust through communication, professionalism, and product knowledge</p><br>
</li><li>
<div>Perform routine maintenance and inspections on residential HVAC systems</div><br>
</li><li>
<div>Educate homeowners on system health, upgrades, and available solutions</div><br>
</li><li>
<div>Make product and service recommendations based on customers' needs</div><br>
</li><li>
<div>Maintain a high level of professionalism, organization, and communication on every call</div><br>
</li><li>
<p>Meet performance goals and participate in our monthly spiff/bonus program, paid out on the 10th of each month</p><br>

What We&rsquo;re Looking For (Qualifications):</b></h3>

<div>Ability to use hand and power tools to inspect and maintain equipment (we provide training)</div><br>

<div>Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training</div><br>
</li><li>
<div>Clean, professional appearance and demeanor</div><br>
</li><li>
<div>Valid Washington State driver&rsquo;s license with insurable record</div><br>

<p>Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and screening</p><br>
